i appreciated the staff's IMMEDIATE attentiveness. they swiftly addressed any concerns i raised. breakfast offered an AMAZING variety. the rooftop restaurant provided a fine VIEW of the surrounding area.

the staff was helpful, and i appreciated that.

The room had a bad smell. It was located on level -1, so there was no view. shower gel in the bathroom was empty, frustrating. the street outside the hotel was always dirty. Garbage containers were right by the entrance.

the location was convenient, close to many tourist spots, and the area felt safe. receptionists were very cordial and friendly and even recommended places to visit.

the pictures did not match reality and the hotel seemed very dated. the rooms were small and located on lower floors. the position was central but in a very rundown street (i didn't like that).
