the reception area presented charging points and a safe inside our room felt top-tier i appreciated the well considered interior design and the overall comfort of the room was first class i enjoyed the gym and its modern equipment. parking was easy once we knew the exact location and i found the room perfectly very comfy and tidy there was a lovely greeting when we arrived at the reception desk too. the hotel location proved ideal near the quayside bars restaurants and i enjoyed a pleasant stroll nearby.

the front desk did not provide full bathroom amenities like hair shampoo or conditioner and i did not see face towels in my room which was a slight inconvenience.

our room had a good size and it featured modern decoration clean design added to its appeal and the space felt airy it had comfortable furnishings and all amenities were in good working order.

the staff greeted us warmly and gave helpful directions they also kindly assisted with a minor issue during check in staff were friendly and approachable at all times offering prompt solutions to all our requests.

this hotel sits near the city centre ensuring easy access to main attractions several restaurants were only steps away and the nearby harbor offered a good atmosphere for evening strolls after dinner.

i found that the breakfast offered many choices with multiple savory options and much fresh fruit the fruit was prepared in pieces and there were whole fruits the selection was really varied and tasty too.

i found the staff very helpful and ready to accommodate my needs. they gave helpful advice about local restaurants and places to see. the hotel's location is great, very close to the marina and nearby dining and drinking spots.

the room decor felt a little dated.

the staff was helpful with directions and provided quick check-in.

the room's cleanliness was questionable. i found several hairs in the bathroom. also, the noise from nearby bars was loud at night. this made it hard to sleep, even with the windows closed.
