The price represented good value. The location was very close to the main attractions and the town center. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a basin, a kitchen worktop, a wardrobe, a tv, a microwave, and a fridge.

The bathroom doors need some improvement.

the staff was friendly and helpful! my room had a kitchen worktop, microwave, and fridge. the heater was already switched on, so the room was warm upon arrival. i had a really good view of the tower from my room!!!

missing handwashcarpet moisture

the basics were missing i noticed no handwash or soap was available also toilet paper was not provided the room had a strange odour i believe it was from carpet moisture the water sprinkled from the wash basin and went down to the carpet i did not expect this level of oversight
