The hotel has a prime location with easy access to public transport. I found the room spacious. It was beautifully appointed. The breakfast had fresh and delicious options. Luca at reception provided a warm welcome. He was very helpful.

The area is quiet but close to the T1 tram line. This gives guests the convenience to explore the city. I noticed that the surrounding area is green. It has many trees.

The staff was attentive and helpful. I observed that they offered room upgrades. The front desk staff was friendly. They worked efficiently, and always seemed eager to help guests, as well.
The location is convenient, providing easy access by car. I appreciated the excellent view of the city from my room. Public transport offers quick access to downtown areas and nearby restaurants.
I found the beds rather uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. My room was located beneath the gym, so I was disturbed by noise until late. This was not acceptable considering the price of the room.
