a decent stay with some drawbacks

clean facilities friendly staff large balcony food quality fresh juice repetitive music

the hotel is well located. it is relatively new with clean facilities. the staff were friendly. our room included a large balcony. it added to our overall enjoyment.

the food lacked quality at breakfast. the juice tasted more like cordial than fresh juice. pancakes were prepared in advance, then left to go cold. the music outside the hotel started as early as 7:30 am, a disruptive element.

Really good Stay with Mountain Views

spacious room mountain view helpful staff

The room was very spacious with superb views of the mountains. Both pools and the spa provided amazing experiences. Everything matched the 5-star standards (i was impressed).

I found it bizarre that there was no complimentary milk in the room. The hotel provided tea, coffee, and sugar, yet I had to purchase milk from the bar.
