a wonderful stay near the mosque

The hotel was wonderfully close to gate 309. It was just a short walk to the mosque. the staff members were cute and helpful, from check-in with wafaa to the house help always nearby. i appreciated how smoothly check-in and check-out went, it made my departure easier.

i noticed a lack of certain amenities. there were no slippers available in the room which would have been convenient.

clean rooms comfortable beds great location

The hotel is very close to the Prophet's Mosque It takes only a few minutes to walk there. There are multiple restaurants nearby including Pizza Hut and KFC. The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean.

The receptionist did not understand English very well.

mosque proximity appointed rooms local news entertainment channels

i have stayed in hotels globally. this one is special because its proximity to the mosque is unbeatable. the rooms are nicely appointed. i could see the mosque from my window! the hotel considers international guests and offers local news and entertainment channels, which i appreciated very much.

the bathroom was small for the amount paid. the water shower had issues maintaining hot cold mixer water. the room was a bit small too for what i paid.

the breakfast area had a really professional manager. i guess at the breakfast was really professional and the staff were always asking if i needed water or if my room needed cleaning. this made mornings efficient and pleasant.

fresh air luxury pillows punctual housekeeping

the hotel is beautifully decorated with fresh air diffusers. rooms are nicely decorated with luxury pillows and beds (i really liked them). housekeeping was punctual and provided complimentary toiletries and refilled them daily.

the hotel manager ignored my greeting upon arrival and walked past us without acknowledgment.
