the location was very close to the haram, only about a 7-minute walk. a staff member named hameed on the 5th floor provided very nice service. he was a polite and humble man. the room was cleaned daily.

some of the furnishings seemed a little old.

I found the staff very helpful and always smiling. Housekeeping on level 11, especially Mohammed Reyaz and Mohammed Sakib, were excellent. They assisted with luggage and provided information about local restaurants! The breakfast selection also offered many choices.

I noticed a slight odor in the bathroom at times, but it was manageable.

My room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were super clean. Daily checks ensured the room was always tidy and well-supplied.
