our room was next to the swimming pool. this location was great for our family. maria victoria always took care of us during pool hours at the pool bar. the entertainment team rocked too.

our room was back by the trash dumpsters so we had to walk by them every time. it was disgusting. the service kitchen backed up to our room so it was constantly loud. the woman wrote down my request, i followed up several times and i could never get a manager to speak with me. it was frustrating.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

I found the location very convenient. The closest beach was easily accessible. The on-site water park provided entertainment (especially for kids). I enjoyed the variety of food offered at the restaurant.

The walls seemed a bit thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was occasionally audible.

The complex has multiple pools, with plenty of sun loungers. An on-site bar offers convenient access to refreshments throughout the day (I appreciated this!). The free access to the water park was a definite plus.
