small room mismanaged parking
the location was acceptable, a short walk to the gondola.
The room was small. during the coldest day, a heating system maintenance occurred without notice (pretty inconvenient!). the parking lot was also small and poorly managed. I waited quite a while for the receptionist to operate the gate.

helpful staff mountain view damaged bed thin material
The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment had a balcony and a mountain view.
The room required a lot of maintenance. There were no spare pillows and the bed was damaged.
