nice staff excellent food ski lift
i liked that location, it was close to the ski lift. Two supermarkets were across the street. the staff were VERY nice and the food was excellent.
the breakfast is various, YET quality and taste were very average.

Adequate stay near the gondola

The hotel's location near the gondola was convenient. It made access to the slopes very easy (a great benefit). The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, and everything tasted fresh. The spa area provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of skiing.
The room did not have air conditioning. I also had to ask twice for a coffee machine. There was a long list of fines for potential damages in the room.

big pillows unresolved issue
the spa was acceptable. i used the sauna after skiing.
the pillows were too big, causing neck pain. the balcony door did not close properly, it let in cold air. i alerted staff twice, however, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay.

ski access better sleep self-service uncomfortable pillows
The location was excellent, especially for ski access. a supermarket was just across the street. This was convenient. i had a good rest because the new bed mattresses ensured better sleep.
drinks were not available for self-service during breakfast. i often waited a long time to get water. also, pillows were very uncomfortable in the room.
