“Premier Luxury Mountain Resort distinguishes itself with strong spa facilities and multiple dining choices. I noted comments about buffet dining and room upkeep that, if addressed, would elevate it to a more consistent five-star experience; the hotel's location is convenient, supplemented by a shuttle, yet some may find the timing limiting. The staff's consistent friendliness, along with standout features like the cretan massage, suggests a solid foundation for a relaxing stay in Bansko.”

large parking lot indoor facility food variety faulty shower poor service small discount

i found a large parking lot directly in front of the building. the indoor facilities are maintained well. the restaurant (amvrosia) offered a variety of food prepared well. the atm located in the hotel was helpful.

i booked a new room, but i had a serious issue with the shower. every time i used it, water leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. i reported this to reception (they suggested changing rooms). the staff offered a 10% discount for a future stay, but the service was still poor.
