amazing views friendly staff homemade cakes steam bath limited massage superficial cleaning
the location offered amazing views. the staff seemed friendly. the homemade cakes during dinner were a delight.
The steam bath at the spa was not operational. the receptionist indicated limited massage availability. the cleaning seemed superficial. They rearranged linens but didn't replace toiletries.

good variety tasty food
The breakfast and dinner had a good variety! I found the food tasty and plentiful. The location was convenient, not far from the ski slopes or the town center. The parking area was spacious and easily accessible.
The room smelled like cigarettes, though smoking is not allowed in the hotel.

the breakfast was varied and good. the hotel has a good location, close to the city center. (i especially liked the fresh pastries.)
the spa wasn't up to the expected standard. the jacuzzi was broken and looked dirty. i ordered lunch at the restaurant, but the food was terrifying.

the breakfast was ok it included good drinks and a selection of cheese
the pool was dirty the spa tub had lines of dirt and dirty water i could not see the bottom the dirt was significant

the hotel had a free spa, a good breakfast with much choice and a big room. the staff was also friendly. i liked the homemade cakes available during dinner. the location also offered mountain views, with hiking trails nearby and great restaurants a short drive away.
the spa pool was dirty, and no one regulated the rules.
