tiny elevator questionable stains

The elevator was tiny. i mean, seriously tiny (was like a coffin). also, the street outside felt a bit dodgy at night. I wouldn't want my mum wandering around there after dark. the room itself wasn't super clean. i found some questionable stains on the carpet and the bathroom mirror needed a serious wipe. the wifi was spotty too. Netflix buffering is my personal nightmare.

convenient location friendly staff eiffel tower view

The location is AMAZING, right next to the Gare du Nord train station. This made getting around super easy! The staff were really friendly and helpful. I had a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from my room, a nice surprise!!!

The elevator is quite small. It barely fits two people with luggage.

the location is seriously amazing because its right by the train station. i could see the eiffel tower from my window, seriously cool. the shower had some power behind it!

the toilet was kinda sideways, strange setup.

my room included a twin room. the beds were comfortable. the reception staff were helpful and friendly. grocery shop is very close.

fantastic experience near gare du nord!!!

The location is fabulous! it's about 100 metres from garre d'nord and eurostar. It was good for getting in and out. lots of shops and cafes are nearby, although they close by 10pm. the bed was comfy, and the shower was safe and good.

i couldn't buy anything in the hotel.

the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the lady who worked on the day i checked in. she was amazingly professional and also very empathetic! she helped a lot and made sure my needs were met.
