great location helpful staff

the location is great, just steps away from the metro. the reception staff was very helpful (i needed help with directions).

The elevator was slow. I waited a few minutes sometimes.

friendly staff great location

I stayed in a beautiful double studio! it was really well-equipped. the kitchenette had everything i needed for a quick meal. i also appreciated the spacious layout. It never felt cramped at all. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help! the location is awesome with many shops and restaurants nearby.

the elevator was a bit slow at times though.

the hotel location is great, central i thought. reception was helpful always. i found the place quiet i have to say. i really recommend!

room temperature was uncontrollable, that is a bad thing. at night, it was too cold. it became too warm at overnight, this wasn't good for sleeping to be honest. there weren't enough dishes either, i found only 2 cups and 2 glasses in the room. every morning i turned on the dishwasher, more dishes would be good.

helpful staff convenient location coffee machine

the location worked well, right by the metro station. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i found a coffee and hot chocolate machine available in the lobby, lovely.
