The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice, offering ample space. All facilities were clean. I found the amenities near the hotel convenient. The Wi-Fi worked quite well.
The room was very small for the price I paid. There was limited space for moving around. I could only lie on the bed.

the front desk staff were helpful. i found the room and bathroom were clean. i appreciated that public transportation, cafes, and restaurants were easily accessible. a self-service laundry facility located right next door was useful.
the air conditioning did not work , the room was warm. i reported it to reception, but it remained unresolved.

The room was not as clean AS i expected. i found some hairs in the bathroom and the bathtub , which was quite off-putting. the shower design was also unpractical , because it caused the bathroom floor to get wet. i also noticed the front desk staff could have been more cute . A smile at check-in would have been NICE.

the staff was very nice and polite . the breakfast was amazing!!! the location is great, very close to everything i wanted to see.
i found the room smelled musty and damp. it took two full days to move me to another room. i forgot my airpods and they disappeared.

I found the room very nice. the bathroom was very spacious. all the facilities looked very clean. breakfast cost $16. It was a normal, good breakfast. the hotel is in the heart of bastille, not the tourist areas. i appreciated this location.
