Marc Muenchen (Adults Only) has rooms with up-to-date communication technologies. Rooms feature back-friendly mattresses. Bathrooms have attention to detail. The Superior rooms are suited for individual travelers. Deluxe rooms include ergonomic Variér Invite chairs and oversized work desks with coffee/tea-making facilities. Bathrooms feature Dornbracht products and Bette shower or bathtub. Premium rooms offer walk-in showers with rain-showerheads, stylish bathrooms with Dornbracht products, and vanities of Steinwerkstatt with cosmetics. Urban rooms have beds, furnishings, complimentary Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Rooms that face the street have street views. Some rooms face the inner courtyard.

The hotel serves a breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM to 10 AM on weekdays and until 10:30 AM on weekends and holidays in the sun-drenched breakfast room.
