a lovely embrace
warm kindness central location
The staff welcomed me with such warmth and kindness, i felt instantly at home. i especially enjoyed the japanese restaurant. Dinner there was the finest i have ever experienced. the hotel's central location made exploring effortless, i could wander everywhere i wished.
the gym required specific footwear i didn't have, a slight inconvenience i hope they can communicate better in the future.

The service was really good. The staff displayed professionalism and attentiveness in every interaction. they remembered my preferences and anticipated my needs. i felt pampered and cared for.

The room was immaculate, the sunlight danced through the windows and offered good views. the amenities were great and provided everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated. it was a true sanctuary of rest.

the hotel sits in the heart of the historic centre, within easy walking distance to main attractions. it is also on a quieter street that provides a serene environment, a peaceful and charming contrast. it's so very ideal.
