the room included a mini fridge. i found a bus stop right outside the front door. the hotel offered very clean rooms (that was important to me).

the thermostat did not seem to work well, and the room was cold at night. the reception upon arrival felt perfunctory. service was unavailable at the bar and restaurant around 1900 (even though it should have been open).

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped. breakfast offered many options. an underground parking garage provided secure parking for my vehicle. the location offers bus stops close by.

The gym felt somewhat unattractive as it was located in the basement. It could benefit from modernization.

the concierge staff, specifically andreea and jaime, were very friendly and eager to assist, providing solutions promptly. the reception staff were super friendly and spoke perfect english. this made communication very easy.

The hotel had convenient transport links. Bus stops were right outside. it was a 15-20 minute walk from the nearest s-bahn station. traveling to and from the airport proved straightforward using public transit.
