friendly staffstrange policylack of service

the staff at the bar were really friendly and served our drinks exactly how they should be.

i was disappointed that my room wasn't made up after the first night. i reported it, but i learned that the hotel has a policy against making up rooms for two-night stays. the receptionist offered fresh towels, but the lack of daily service was very strange to me.. it felt cheap.
