Excellent Stay!

competent staff parking garage

The staff was friendly and competent. I appreciated the parking garage. It was a definite plus. The hotel also features a nice, modern, industrial design.

My room did not have air conditioning. A fan was provided, but it was not adequate during a hot summer month.

The breakfast included good variety. Fresh fruit like apples, pears, plums, and bananas were offered at the front desk. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, perfect for walking around, and it is very quiet. Two metro stations are a few blocks from the hotel. The location is very convenient.

excellent decor transport link friendly staff

The location is excellent, providing easy access to transport links. The staff members are very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel possesses really good decor throughout the premises. Breakfast offered an excellent selection of foods.

The shower and bathroom felt a bit cramped.

The reception staff were very helpful, especially young Jossef at breakfast was pretty good. Staff was available at reception to assist with any questions, providing quick and effective service to all visitors.

The room had a large size complemented by nice wood trim and high quality mattress. The provided duvet added an extra level of comfort and made the room a relaxing space after a long day.

strange policy lack of service

the staff at the bar were really friendly and served our drinks exactly how they should be.

i was disappointed that my room wasn't made up after the first night. i reported it, but i learned that the hotel has a policy against making up rooms for two-night stays. the receptionist offered fresh towels, but the lack of daily service was very strange to me.. it felt cheap.
