Arenal Volcano Views and Excellent Service

The grounds displayed lush gardens offering a direct view of the volcano. The staff provided very warm, friendly service, particularly during breakfast. I appreciated the well-kept and cleaned rooms. The air conditioning worked effectively despite the high heat and humidity.
The bathroom lighting felt rather dark. I thought that the lighting could use improvement. It was a minor issue though, as I enjoyed other aspects of the room.

The bungalow included a huge bathroom and a balcony at both the front and back. Bathrooms throughout the hotel featured beautiful designs and were consistently clean. I found the rooms to be clean with well-kept amenities.

This location provides convenient access into the town. It allowed for easy pickup for other excursions. It is close to all the places I wanted to visit.

our bungalow was modern and in a beautiful setting. i really enjoyed the quiet and private atmosphere. the staff were super friendly.
i thought the food in the restaurant was a bit expensive. driving or getting a ride into town offers better restaurant choices. i used ride-sharing options.

The room had a large walk in shower, a toilet, and a bidet (I loved this!). The front porch had a bench and the back porch had outdoor seating. We enjoyed listening to all of the animals sing as we enjoyed our time.
The service standards had some inconsistency.
