Reasonable stay
comfortable room good quality bedding slow service unattentive bartenders
My room was comfortable (i stayed for several nights). Pillows and bedding were good quality. I also had a welcome surprise waiting for me in my room.
The bar service at the thermal pool was slow. I waited over 30 minutes for a to-go sushi order even when it was not crowded (i went there mid-day). Bartenders never checked to see if i needed another drink.

beautiful landscaping breakfast options hot springs pools
The landscaping was meticulously maintained and very beautiful. breakfast had many options i tried the smoothie bar. It was great. the hot springs pools were a nice feature and not overcrowded.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. An umbrella was available in the room. There were free items in the fridge. The breakfast options were varied and catered for everyone.
