A generally positive experience

The surroundings were fine. The view of the volcano looked magnificent from our room. the thermal pools added a touch of luxury. The wet bar proved a fun addition to the experience.
The breakfast food could use some improvement. The variety was okay, but the quality seemed a bit lacking. The staff response also seemed a little slow during peak hours. The WiFi speed gave me some trouble at times.
