comfortable bed great views kind staff limited food options noisy room lack of air conditioning

our forest room was great. the bed was very comfortable and the views were fine. the on-site brewery was fun, they have very good grilled cheese sandwiches. the staff was also kind and helpful.

the room didn't have air conditioning, it was quite warm during the afternoon. i also found there were limited food options in the immediate area. the room at the top of the hotel was noisy when it stormed during the night.

Really good Stay

soaking tub body products birding opportunity

Our Cloud Forest Studio had an amazing soaking tub. The view to the forest was perfect. The bath and body products were really nice, and the grounds offered great birding opportunities. Being in the same building as the juice bar was convenient, with its yummy options.

Sound insulation could improve. It was windy, and we could hear everything, almost as if we were sleeping in a tent. This issue impacted our overall experience during the night.
