I appreciated the central location. It made it easy to walk to many attractions. The breakfast was simple, but satisfying. The staff accommodated an early breakfast request before my flight.

The shower design allowed water to leak onto the floor easily.

The location was excellent. Mini-markets, a fruit shop and bakery were just outside! I found it convenient for quick snacks. The central bus station was a short walk. Restaurants and a big open-air market were also close. It was easy to explore local life.

Unfortunately our bathroom was smelling very bad when we arrived. It probably stayed closed during the day. It was not a good welcome.

Reception was ALWAYS available to assist with inquiries. The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. They allowed me to use facilities after check out. This was a great kindness.

The hotel has a central location. It is very convenient for seeing the sights. The staff were helpful upon arrival. The check in process was quick.

The building looked quite old. Some furniture seemed newer. Three lamps did not work. Breakfast was nothing special.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to the airport bus and Skanderbeg Square. I appreciated the clean environment and the friendly staff. I also enjoyed the bar's selection of beer and homemade red wine. The leafy courtyard offered a nice spot for relaxation.

The shower leaked water a lot, and the curtain didn't really help at all.
