Excellent Hotel with Great City View

The rooftop pool offered lovely city views and a relaxing poolside atmosphere. I thought the rooftop restaurant was delicious, especially the sushi. All the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very cute and helpful. The wide variety of foods for breakfast included many options.

The soundproofing in the room was not adequate (unfortunately). I could hear noise from neighbors and music from the hallway at night. The bathroom had some odd noises too, and it made it difficult to sleep well.

Breakfast included a wide variety of foods, offering many choices for all tastes. The Arka Rooftop restaurant features sushi and Japanese cuisine, providing tasty meal options. The restaurant creates a great atmosphere.

The room came with a balcony, and it was lovely to have access to it (I enjoyed the fresh air). The beds were quite comfy and ensured a restful sleep each night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a cool and comfortable room temperature.

The hotel is not directly in the city center. This provides a more peace all around. The hotel is still conveniently located near many attractions (it is close to everything). The hotel offers amazing views from the rooftop area.

Staff members were friendly and helped with restaurant bookings, very efficient. The check-in and check-out process was fabulous. Staff members were very polite and helped.
