I found the hotel location quite convenient. It allowed for a pleasant walk to Skanderbeg Square (about 15 minutes). A friendly security staff assisted me with parking upon my arrival, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet featured diverse options and tasty food. I also ordered room service, the prices were reasonable, and the food was good.

The bell boy is always smiling and very attentive. The receptionists offer excellent service (they are service-minded). The cleaning staff maintain rooms in great condition and are very discreet.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area not far from the city center. Walking to the main square took about 10 to 15 minutes. The area feels quite safe for walking around. The immediate vicinity includes a busy restaurant.

The location is great! the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was spacious and cleaned daily for us. It had a nice terrace too. the breakfast had a great selection. the patisserie bar and restaurant were great spots to chill and dine.
i reported that the bath shower head was running along with the hand held shower jet, but they couldn't fix it. it was quite annoying.

The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. I found limited choices available. the coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. The room was stuffy and warm during the day. it, and the staff didn't seem interested in resolving these problems.

The hotel is near the city center. Many late-night coffee shops are nearby. the staff always helps and accommodates guests. I even got free drinks from the manager. it was thoughtful.
the air conditioning is centrally maintained and was not working on my second day. this was a slight inconvenience. traffic makes parking difficult, especially during the day.

the location was convenient a short walk got me to the city center. friendly staff greeted me at the reception. the room was clean it had all the necessary amenities.
the shower head in the bathroom was faulty it sprayed water in multiple directions. the breakfast selection was limited many items needed refilling. the tv did not connect to the internet it was difficult to use.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The breakfast had lots of choices. I found it satisfying. The staff were helpful. They assisted me with directions.
