I found the staff at reception very helpful. The hotel restaurant provided delicious food and reasonable prices.

The AIR conditioning and the mini-fridge made noise. The shower was quite poor. The drain often clogged.

the location was great near the bazaar. my room had a balcony. i could see the castle from my balcony. the rooftop pool was great.

the hotel lacked a fitness area. this was an unexpected and unfortunate absence. i prefer to maintain my workout routine while traveling.

I really admired the rooftop pool. It featured plenty of sunbeds and tables, including chairs. they also provided pool towels. the space felt large, with lovely views of the mountains and the castle. breakfast also had the most variety i have seen while traveling. The food in the restaurant for dinner was very good.

the room was a bit dated. it did not match the overall style of the hotel. curtains were partially detached from the ceiling. the air conditioning controls were hidden behind the tv.
