quiet room spacious room friendly staff
the staff were friendly. the room was spacious and very quiet. housekeeping serviced the room and restocked water, biscuits, tea and coffee. breakfast offered porridge, yoghurt, fruit, and granola in addition to the usual fried options.
the room décor seemed outdated.

the staff were friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. the breakfast was lovely. the room had everything i needed , including comfortable furnishings and essential amenities.
the traffic noise was noticeable , especially in the front-facing room , so keeping the windows closed was necessary. water pressure in the ensuite was low , , made showering less effective. the toiletries provided were limited , and i wish they had supplied more.

The garden was pretty. I liked the areas for sitting. Breakfasts was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room smelt musty. The banging and slamming of doors was so annoying. This was no good as I wanted a quiet night. I am very disappointed and the manager did not reply.

family event warm care attentive staff fabulous buffet
i booked the hotel for a private family event and i was satisfied. the staff handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care, which i really appreciated. suzanne, the event organizer, and helen were excellent, friendly, and attentive. the chef prepared a fabulous buffet, and i thank them for that amazing work.
the noise from nearby traffic was slightly noticeable when the windows were open in my room.

traffic noise stuffy room
breakfast included porridge. it also had yoghurt and fruit, so that was acceptable.
the room faced the road. there was too much noise from traffic. i had to keep the windows closed all night, made the room stuffy.
