Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort provides condos and beach houses with two, three, and four-bedroom options. These are located in Cambridge, Fordham, Heron Marsh, Lake Villas, Oyster Catcher, Sandpiper, Shipyard Village, and Warwick condo complexes, as well as individual beach homes in Charlestowne Grant, Compass Point, Rookery, and the North Litchfield area. Each suite has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony that overlooks the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Modern suites feature designer decoration, TVs with cable, and complimentary WiFi, with select units offering full kitchens and direct oceanfront locations. Villas offer fireplaces and flat-screen TVs in living areas, dining seating, full kitchens, complimentary WiFi, and screened-in porches. Some villas include split-level designs in the Oyster Catcher section and creek views with rooftop decks.
