Dollywood's DreamMore Resort And Spa provides various rooms and suites. Each room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Room options include the King with Bunk, Double Queen (two queen-size beds), King with Sleeper (sofa bed). Family Suites feature separate sleeping quarters with a king-size bed and twin bunk beds; some include dual vanities and patios. Patio Poolside Suites offer a private outdoor patio, a king-size bed, and a separate bunk bed room. Junior Suites accommodate up to six guests with a king bed, bunk bed, and sleeper sofa. The Reunion King Suite provides two rooms, a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and individual baths. The Dolly Parton Suite features high-end accommodations and views from the top floor. Additionally, guests can stay overnight inside Dolly's tour bus, Suite 1986, which includes a guest room in the resort for up to four guests with a view of the bus.

The resort has six dining locations, including Song & Hearth: A Southern Eatery, which serves breakfast (pancake station, biscuits and gravy, omelets, pastries, fruits, and cereals) and family-style dinners with Southern specialties and Dolly's Stone Soup. The DM Pantry offers quick bites, baked-to-order pizza, Mayfield ice cream, and to-go deli and bakery items. The Lounge, located outside Song & Hearth, provides a full-service menu with snacks, meals, and drinks.
