I appreciated the hotel's location near many shops and restaurants. The Boathouse restaurant offered a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating . I found the cleanliness throughout the hotel quite excellent. Super clean is the perfect word.
I noticed the bars and restaurants within the hotel close relatively early. Finding a late drink proved difficult.

the location allowed easy access to dining options and river views so many restaurants were within a short walk the christmas lights added a magical touch to the area it. the happy hour was also amazing.
the room i got was too dark despite it being functional and appropriately sized the bathroom could use some refurbishment as well there were some minor inconveniences though overall the stay was lovely.

the room had a balcony overlooking city lights the view was peaceful. i appreciated the boarhouse restaurant right on the river it was a surprise. the location is superb restaurants and shopping surround the hotel. parking my car and not needing it was convenient.
i thought the elevators were small.

merlene was very friendly, i played a joke on a friend. her role was perfect. she was also very accommodating and just a nice person! the location was perfect too. everything was so close to the hotel!!!
the hairdryer was broken and the room needed a better cleaning. there were not outlets or counters to use at the sink in the bathroom. the room itself was outdated and had a musty smell. we had some minor glitches with the hotel key card.
