Junior Suites, approximately 500 square feet, are located on floors nine through twelve and have skyline and New River views. Junior Suite Balcony rooms, also about 500 square feet, offer a King or two Queen beds and a balcony. Junior Suites with Corner Balcony, around 500 square feet, include two Queen beds and a corner balcony. The Executive Tower on the 12th floor has One Bed and Two Beds Suites with views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline and New River, marble Jacuzzi bathtubs, living areas, wet bars, Queen or King beds, and corner balconies. Las Olas Suites, in the original tower on the second floor, include a wet bar, living room, balcony, and a King bed. ADA compliance rooms, available in both the original and executive towers, feature guest bathrooms with roll-in showers, grab bars, and audible fire alarms with visual alarm strobe lights. Rooms include a safe, mini fridge, and complimentary WiFi.
