I stayed here and appreciated the friendly staff that were helpful. fresh towels was daily, and the room cleaning was consistent and thorough. also, its location is superb. The metro is just outside (very convenient!), and you can walk to the city center.

the staff offered assistance and maintained a helpful attitude. check-in was straightforward and efficient. i even received a small farewell gift upon departure from the reception desk (a really nice touch!).
