The location was great, close to the tram, restaurants, and coffee shops. The rooms included comfy beds.

The room was not cleaned from the previous guest. I found this unacceptable and unhygienic.

surprisingly lovely stay!

ideal location friendly staff nice view

i found the location ideal, very close to key attractions. the staff were friendly, especially dominic, who helped us get a fan when it was hot. the room offered a nice view of the pier, a pleasant surprise.

There was no breakfast available at the hotel itself. I wish they had communicated this beforehand.

the hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee in the room. an iron and ironing board were available upon request, very helpful for keeping clothes wrinkle-free (i really appreciated that!).

The hotel is on a quiet road close to the beach. the location is near the less busy area. the great orme tram is very close. This made it easy to get around.

charming stay near the pier

victorian house quiet road easy access helpful staff

the hotel is a tall victorian terrace house on a quiet road near the beach. our ground floor room offered easy access and included everything i needed. the hotel's location near the pier made attractions very accessible! dominic was very helpful and provided a fan to combat the summer heat.

the room was slightly dated, but it was clean.
