The beds were comfy, which I found very cute after a long day. The pool and sauna were lovely and well-kept. Purchasing snacks was easy with their availability in the hotel reception. Free parking right outside the hotel was a plus.
I found the lack of air conditioning a bit inconvenient, especially since the fan provided was quite small.

The indoor pool features kinda warm water, roughly 30 degrees Celsius. There is also a sauna available for relaxation. Guests can access these amenities , and I consider these a good bonus.

The hotel has a position up the hill, away from the main road, and this makes it peaceful. It is easy to walk down to restaurants, shops, and the train station, if you need it. There is also the ferry and the main train station nearby.

the staff was kind and cute. i found the breakfast to be plentiful and delicious (the fresh bread selection was a highlight). the views from the room were sensational, stretching across the lake and mountains. i enjoyed the convenience of the on-site parking and easy access to nearby attractions.

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
My room required considerable cleaning. I observed dust accumulation beneath the bed. The primary radiator malfunctioned, and the staff merely provided space heaters as a temporary solution. The breakfast offered a limited selection, and the quality of the items did NOT meet expectations, particularly the slow refilling of the buffet.

The lake view from my room was amazing, . I enjoyed the onsite pool. It was a nice amenity. The hotel has friendly staff and the location suited my travel needs. I found the room design lovely, especially the shower layout.
