The hotel staff were genuinely caring! they assisted me with my medical alert service dog. mr oliver, maría, and anita showed immense kindness! their hospitality was really good. Every need was met with warmth and efficiency. i felt completely at ease. The experience reminded me of home.
the noise from other guests was noticeable! it detracted slightly from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere, especially early in the morning.

My room included a queen bed! there were blackout curtains. They ensured restful sleep. the room also had a spacious balcony offering amazing alpine views. A lovely, quiet escape. these rooms were very clean and well kept.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
small gymobstructed viewloud bar
The gym was smaller than expected. Only two treadmills. i had wanted more cardio equipment. also, the advertised mountain view from my room was obstructed. a LARGE tree blocked most of it. this was disappointing since i specifically booked a room with a view and there's a loud bar near the hotel

The location was excellent. It's at the center of everything. It was also a short walk from the train station. The hotel bar featured a kids' play room which was a welcome amenity!!!
The rooms have basically zero soundproofing.

I appreciated the strategic location near the train station. Staff assisted with luggage transport using the hotel car. I found easy access to the spa facilities including the pool, hammam, and sauna. I really enjoyed having sparkling water readily available in the lobby (this was a nice touch!).
The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved. Noise from the hallway was noticeable.

The hotel is very close to the train station, about four minutes away on foot. The ski station is also conveniently located, approximately two minutes from the hotel. This location allows easy access to transportation and local attractions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . They provided assistance with luggage and promptly answered any questions I had. The front desk staff was especially attentive to our needs.
