The room had a nice double bed. The hot beverage machine was available at any time of day. THAT was useful. The location is close to the Grand Bazaar. It is also well connected by bus and tram.

really good kindness savory options complimentary water convenient location

the staff demonstrated really good kindness and were very helpful. They offered useful advice. Breakfast included many sweet and savory options. I found this to be quite satisfying. The hotel provided complimentary bottled water. I thought this was a thoughtful touch. The location proved very convenient, enabling easy access to local attractions.

The soundproofing from outside noise was not great, making it a little difficult to sleep at times due to street sounds.

The room featured complimentary tea and coffee facilities. It also included fresh towels, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. These amenities made my accommodation very convenient. Cleanliness was clearly a priority.

the location is close to main attractions. public transport is easily accessible. the cappuccino was rich and smooth with foamy milk. i felt safe and welcome .

the shower cabin's glass had dried water droplets.

Really good Stay in a Great Location!

friendly staff fresh fruit courteous driver

The staff always greeted me with a smile and offered assistance with directions. I found the complimentary breakfast plentiful (especially the fresh fruit selection!). The hotel organized a taxi to the airport. It arrived promptly and the driver was courteous.

The street noise was noticeable at night. I suggest guests sensitive to sound consider bringing earplugs to ensure a restful sleep.
