The Roof Terrace Cafe serves a rich breakfast. A buffet breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30 am with views of Old Istanbul and the Sea of Marmara. Turkish olives, cold meats such as turkey and chicken salamis, breakfast sausages, fried potatoes, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, dry cereals and milk, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, and yoghurt are available. Beverages include coffee, tea, apple tea, and herbal teas. The Roof Terrace offers hot and cold drinks until 11:00 pm.
Leisure and panoramas
The Roof Terrace has both glass-enclosed and open-air sections. The Roof Terrace offers views of the Blue Mosque, the Bosphorus, and the Sea of Marmara. Some guest rooms share these views. You may enjoy a drink as you watch ships through the Sea of Marmara.
Location and Transport
Dersaadet Hotel Istanbul is located off Küçük Ayasofya Caddesi, near Sultanahmet Camii (Blue Mosque) and Hagia Sophia. Attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Arasta Bazaar, Hippodrome, Ayasofya, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, Archeological Museums, and the tram line are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. The Grand Bazaar is a 14-minute walk, less by tram. Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International is 45 km away. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with local families, small hotels, shops, and restaurants. Havaist buses run from the new Istanbul Airport to Sultanahmet Square every 30 minutes; from there, the hotel is a 650 meter walk.
