The hotel's location was really good. It allowed for effortless exploration of key historical sites. breakfast offered a good start to each day. the staff was always available, providing assistance and useful tips for discovering the city. we really appreciated the attention to detail.

The room we initially received felt a little cramped, especially with our luggage. It would have been useful to have some additional space. the small room did impact our overall comfort slightly. hopefully, this can be addressed .

the location was really central. it was near many places to visit and transport was close too. mustafa was professional. he was always helpful when i needed something.

the room i get was smaller as i expected. i also had some noise because the room be near the reception. the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

the BREAKFAST was quite simple , definitely not what i expect from a hotel claiming to be four stars. my room , a 'beautiful double room' , lacked soundproofing. i could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms , , made it difficult to relax.
