i found the staff very helpful. they provided recommendations for local cuisine and tourist locations. the location is great (it's close to many sights). the beds were really comfortable. the air conditioning worked very well. it was great to come back to after exploring the city.
i noticed some repairs were needed. there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. i understand it is a budget option, but i wasn't expecting that.

the hotel is tucked in the heart of sultan ahmet. it is just a few minutes walk from hagia sofia and the blue mosque. the area offers a true turkish experience with many turkish eateries nearby.

The location was excellent, very close to major tourist spots. the staff members were really good. They were helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. the room was always clean, and the staff provided fresh towels daily. i appreciated having bottled water provided in the room.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, slightly difficult to fall asleep.

the room included tea and coffee refills daily, a nice touch. the bathroom featured a hairdryer, and fresh towels were provided each day, which i found helpful. a mini fridge was also available.

the receptionist, faruk, gave valuable insights for exploring the city. the staff were always willing to help with directions, and they provided maps. airport transfer was arranged, and it was timely and helpful.

Staff demonstrated helpfulness by providing handy tourist tips. This aspect met my basic expectations.
I found significant issues with the in-room safe. It did not lock at all. I reported this, they told me somebody would come to repair it, but they never did. The mini-fridge also failed to work. Its electrical cord did not even reach the outlet.

The room was clean (it was a standard triple room). Fresh towels were provided daily. The staff stored my luggage at no extra cost when i was away.
The sound from the air conditioning unit was a little loud at night.
