The location was beneficial. It's a short walk to major historical sites. The staff demonstrated consistent courtesy and helpfulness. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. I received fresh towels and complimentary water. Breakfast offered a varied selection, from eggs and cheeses to pastries and Turkish tea.
The room I booked seemed smaller than advertised. Moving around the mattress was difficult. the fridge only worked when I was in the room, limiting its utility. The spa facilities cost extra, and the 'self' hamam concept wasn't clearly explained. The uphill walk to the tram station was more challenging than expected.

A Romantic Getaway

Breakfast on the terrace was a good start to each day. I particularly loved the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping maintained it perfectly. The central location meant that transport links were always easily accessible! though the area was busy.
There was some noise from outside. It was noticeable especially in the early morning. Though the staff were helpful, I think better soundproofing could enhance the experience further. One of the elevators was temporarily out of service, leading to longer wait times.

i found the staff helpful and courteous. the room was clean it featured a cozy bed and a super clean bathroom. complimentary water, coffee, and tea were provided which was a thoughtful touch. breakfast offered a wide variety of options.
i stayed on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise. it was like there were no windows in the room plus the people who had a workshop below us were slamming the door. i didn't really manage to sleep properly.
