Fantastic Stay, I Will Return!

I stayed on the 6th floor and the room was well kept! The place is clean and the staff was great. Shaik was ALWAYS there and rocked! I will be coming back regularly, I recommend this hotel.
The hotel charged my credit card without notice multiple times. They charged for the first night before my trip. They also charged an extra $50 at 5 a.m. with no explanation.

The room had modern decor! The beds felt super comfy. The staff members acted so friendly. Breakfast became my top favorite with many choices.
The bathroom flush was not working properly. I believe this needs addressing immediately.

The room included a waterfall shower and a handheld shower head. I found this very convenient. The breakfast buffet had various options. I liked the variety. The hotel was near two subway stations. Traveling was easy.
The hotel is close to a highway, I could hear traffic noise at night.

The location proved convenient, with subway access just a short walk away (it made exploring the city simple). i found the room very clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches . the staff always greeted me with a smile and seemed ready to assist with any questions or requests. i appreciated the luggage storage. It gave me peace of mind as i explored on my final day.
i noticed the breakfast area became crowded during peak hours, a bit overwhelming.

The payment process was odd. My card got charged before arrival. I thought that was a bit presumptuous. the breakfast... well, let's just say the scrambled eggs seemed like they had been sitting around since the previous Tuesday. The 'generic meat' was nice too..
