the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection.

the room i was assigned was far from satisfactory , especially considering what i paid for it. the promised upgrade never materialized , and instead , i got a room with a faulty safe and loose shower screen , issues that were never addressed despite reporting them to the front desk. the blatant disregard for fixing these problems really dampened my experience.

the breakfast offered a tasty and versatile selection (i especially loved the pastries). the view from the hotel's location was superb for catching the sunset. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, particularly at the front desk. i really appreciated the laundry service that was available at the hotel.

the hotel room was slightly too warm, making it necessary to open the balcony door.
