Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

convenient location heated rail helpful staff

I found the location convenient to local restaurants. The ski lockers featured heated rails for boots and gloves. The staff were very helpful arranging dinner reservations at local restaurants (i really appreciate them).

I noticed the gym, while good, could benefit from more equipment updates.

The hotel is situated right in the village. It made exploring and accessing amenities easy. The proximity to restaurants and the local shuttle pickup for the grand massif express contributed to a seamless experience. It really enhanced our trip.

Our rooms were a good size and included lots of storage and a balcony. The excellent system for room configurations allowed us to lock the main door. This setup added an extra layer of security (very useful).

the hotel has a cool atmosphere and the cleanliness was great. the spa area, with its pool and jacuzzi, provided a nice spot to relax after skiing. i also appreciated the underground parking, it made access easy.

check-in time felt late at 5 pm, even though i did manage to get in two hours early. the hotel shuttle wasn't available on saturdays which was a bit inconvenient. the sauna area was overrun with kids making it hard to relax..

Excellent Amenities and Location

The hotel offers an excellent system for room access. One main door leads to a hallway and two rooms are either side. I could lock the main door and leave the bedroom doors unlocked. The spa area includes a pool, a jacuzzi, and two saunas.

The hotel had no functioning air conditioning in the rooms. I also smelled a terrible odor coming from the drains in the elevators.

The staff was friendly and helpful with requests. A hotel shuttle runs daily except for Saturdays.

Pastries were available for collection at 7.30 am. I recommend La Canette for burgers.

heated rails ski lockers great service croissant order prime location central location limited selection breakfast terrible smell drainage nonfunctioning air conditioning

The location was prime. I could easily walk to bars and restaurants. the ski lockers had heated rails for boots and gloves (super convenient!). i even ordered croissants from reception the night before (and they arrived perfectly!).

The room smelled of drains in the elevators and lower levels. It was not ideal. the breakfast selection felt very limited (i was expecting more!). also, there was no functioning air conditioning in the room. I did miss that.
