inadequate air conditioninginsufficient counter space
The air conditioning in my room was inadequate. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The control panel seemed unresponsive (a minor annoyance, but noticeable). The breakfast area was often crowded, and finding a clean table proved challenging. the noise isolation was poor. I could hear conversations and street noise quite easily. The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for toiletries, inconvenient.

helpful check-inno direct sunlightlack of internet
The check-in process was helpful even late at night.
My room faced north so it received no direct sunlight. (I reminded me of I was in the Arctic) the internet was down after my first day and I did not get a sense of urgency from the staff to resolve it. This caused a major disturbance .
