The staff at the front desk were cute and friendly. Their recommendations for local dining were ideal. The heated pool was so clean and relaxing.
I walked into the room and was hit with a bad smell. It was like stale cigarettes. The air conditioning was broken, so the room was boiling.

The location was convenient with a nearby metro station. It allowed easy access to various parts of the city. The room had air conditioning which was very effective. I found these features helpful .
There were multiple light switches in the room that did not seem to control anything. This was a bit confusing and could be addressed.

the reception staff was excellent. they worked hard to. they addressed a few issues fast. i appreciate the vibrant area with many bars and eateries.

chipped sink musty smell
Honestly, the room felt a little worn. the sink had a chip. there was also this musty smell, maybe it was the air conditioning. I don't know. and to top it off, the room was quite small. The twin beds were right next to each other. not exactly the 4-star experience i was expecting.

the location is near many restaurants. staff are nice. the pool area was clean. steam room was clean, too.
the gym feels a little inadequate for a longer workout. it needs more equipment.

wonderful boutique stay!
friendly staff amazing suite comfortable bed
the staff was very friendly and accommodating when i checked in. i had a lovely suite that was amazing!!! i had two rooms for my family and the rooms were clean. the bed was also very comfortable and i slept so well.
the room felt a little 'tired' and didn't really feel like a proper hotel of this class. the sink had a small chip.

the location allowed easy access to the train station. there were also many cars, cafés, and restaurants located nearby. the hotel is in a busy area, but it is free of annoying tourist venues.
