inconsistent temperature slow draining

the LOCATION was satisfactory and provided reasonable access to nearby attractions.

I ENCOUNTERED issues with the bathroom fixtures in my room. The shower exhibited inconsistent water temperature, alternating between scalding and cold, made showering UNPLEASANT. the sink drained slowly, requiring multiple attempts to clear the blockage. THIS WAS inconvenient.

clean room perfect location surprise upgrade fabulous staff

the room was very clean, moreover it was comfortable. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. i received a surprise upgrade which i was delighted with as this was a birthday gift. the staff was fabulous and attended to any concerns we had.

the breakfast was excellent with fresh coffee made each day, though not particularly varied. the edith restaurant offered good food with an excellent ambience, furthermore the service was top notch.

the hotel is modern with beautifully decorated interiors. there is a small hammam room available, however it requires a prior reservation at the front desk. i used it as a shower because the one in my room didn't work well.

The staff was warm and friendly. They held our bags before check-in and after check-out. valentine was particularly helpful. The service in general was empathetic and highly professional. the staff helped me get my wallet back after i lost it in a cab.

quiet street spacious suite really good breakfast

the location is very convenient the metro is within a short walk the attached restaurant is also very good the street is quiet i found the location superb. the staff upgraded my room to a junior suite it was very big and spacious the beds felt comfy the bathrooms were nice. breakfast was really good i found the staff always ready to assist
