airy bar river view short wait comfy bed
The bar area received a remodel since a previous visit, I noticed it looked very airy. The patio area offered a great view of the river. Lifts served the eight floors, so I did not wait long. Beds were comfy .
Parking access proved difficult, I noticed small parking spaces.

The welcome was amazing upon arrival. A blond middle-aged lady at reception proved helpful. Another staff member gave instructions about parking, and I appreciated this assistance.

The restaurant offered excellent options. Breakfast had many choices available. The food selection met my expectations, and I found the quality to be high. I enjoyed the dining experience.

The foyer seemed spacious and bright. A gift shop allowed convenient souvenir purchases. Extra lifts made it easier to get around, and I used them regularly to access different floors.

charming stay near the sanctuary
great location friendly staff lovely view
i found the location convenient. the grotto and sanctuary were just a short walk away. the staff were also very helpful and friendly. the hotel restaurant provided lovely views of the river and the castle from the rooftop.
The air conditioning in my room was not working adequately. Opening a window sufficed, but it was still an inconvenience.

central location helpful staff
the hotel's location is excellent, placing me within easy reach of key attractions. staff members proved very helpful.. the wheelchair accessible room was also a great feature. i found moving around to be wonderfully straightforward.
i faced difficulty with car parking, which i couldn't reserve in advance at the hotel. finding a spot was a challenge.

the hotel has a lovely restaurant with views of the castle and the Gave river. there is also a tranquil terrace, a perfect location to relax. this terrace overlooks the castle and the Gave river providing a serene backdrop.

comfortable room great view helpful service difficult access small spaces adequate cleanliness
the room was comfortable. it featured a good view from my window. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection. patricia at the front desk provided very helpful service.
i found the entrance to the parking difficult. the parking spaces were small. there was no ventilation in the toilet. cleanliness was just adequate, not thorough.
