curt staff replaced water

the breakfast was well laid out with a full range suiting everyone.

The bar staff attitude annoyed me, they were a little curt. one night, they gave us ten minutes notice for last drinks, a polite gesture. the next night, that courtesy was absent and they refused another drink. my room also had two bottles of water, one still and one sparkling. Neither was replaced .

Really good stay!

spacious room accessible amenities great job

The room was SPACIOUS with a view of the mountains. All amenities, like the spa and fitness room, were easily accessible. The hotel ski rental shop was very convenient. All staff did a great job, and Sara gave an amazing hotel intro.

The bar closed a little early.

Breakfast had good quality produce and a range of options. We particularly enjoyed the fresh breads, the yoghurts, and the range of cheeses. The restaurant staff were friendly and cute.

The reception team gave a very warm welcome. All employees were well trained. Staff seemed to do anything to help. This is definitely something to appreciate.
