dirty cutlery understaffed restaurant
The restaurant lacked cleanliness, with dirty plates and cutlery often present. Tables were not cleaned promptly enough after guests finished eating. I think the hotel was understaffed, especially considering the number of guests. The food was average compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the area. This.!!

good location main lifts missing shower wrong room
the location was good and right next to the slopes and the main lifts were close by.
the room i booked wasnt the one i got and it had no shower. it wasnt a good surprise and really ruined the stay for me. i think they need to check these details before guests arrive.
