Wonderful Stay in a Great Location
ski storagebreakfast selectionhelpful staff
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just a short walk to the slopes. The ski storage facilities were very helpful for managing equipment. The breakfast selection was excellent (especially the fresh fruits!) and gave me plenty of energy for skiing. The staff was also very kind and always ready to assist.
Service
9/10
The staff was very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing all requests. Alizée at the reception was particularly helpful in reuniting me with lost hotel, I was so charmed. The luggage and ski equipment were handled efficiently upon arrival.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers great facilities including a pool, sauna, and steam room (a real plus after a day on the slopes). There were convenient ski storage lockers accessible directly from arrival. I found the central location ideal for accessing nearby restaurants and shops.
Dining
8/10
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with fresh fruits and vegetables for self-pressed juice. The bar area was nice, with excellent bartenders. The mountain views from the dining area added a scenic touch.
Location
10/10
The location is very central, providing easy access to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. The base of the mountain is less than a two-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stops are also conveniently located nearby.
Rooms

My suite was clean and cozy. The suite was well-appointed and familiar, (it was our second time in the same one). The hotel ensured it was available earlier than expected.

poor coffeefalse alarm
The breakfast was not great. It lacked vegetarian options, and the coffee tasted bad. also, there was an electricity outage and then, the next day, a false fire alarm went off. it was a bit disruptive and not very relaxing. i really hoped for better service.
